I need almost everything; it seems I wait so long
I know God hears my mournful song

He knows what I'm going to ask before I sing
The reason being, He is the Holy King 

Most often, I ask for things I don't need
He never answers as much as I plead

God knows best for He can see the future
Always asking, I can't see the total picture 

Trusting in Him is the key to contentment 
For excepting this you will never have resentment
