Have I made promises I didn't keep
Have I made promises to others that they did not reap

Promises made, promises kept
The joy of fulness I accept
Promises made, promises unkept
Finding myself distraught while I wept

God has made a promise for every occasion 
It's up to me to discover them and accept all with much celebration
