From dust, I was made to dust. I will return
The chances are great I will end up in an urn

It costs too much to have a big old funeral 
With a large casket spray of beautiful
Petunias

Nobody wants to spend my money on me
Wanting to transfer it into their Bank account you see

Well if the truth is told it's only gold
It matters nothing to me after I'm cold

I didn't bring anything into this world with me
I will take nothing with me when I'm set free

Caring and sharing that’s the most important 
Lifting their feelings so their burdens will be shortened

It’s not what you can do or anything you can say
It’s your presence that lifts their troubles away
