Humility is so misunderstood. It makes no sense to be humble even if I could. 
The more humble I become, God lifts me higher to show where I stood

The less you are, the Greater you become
being so thankful for every little crumb

Happiness is of this earth. Joy comes from God through His Son's birth. 
Joy comes from God in any situation, I find myself here on earth.

Humble yourself like little children, the book of truth says
Looking around in the whole world, everything is His

We Honor and give Him Homage for everything we have. 
Blessing us every day, blessing through the grave.

What is the difference, anyway
I feel good when being served in every way

Making others feel good by serving them
Is my quest in life the rest of the way

I can only follow the Master's example 
As I walk and serve Him every day

You might understand 
All this time, who has been holding my weary hand

It’s impossible to see a spirit lending a helping hand
It’s only possible to feel that spirit from a foreign land

Many a time, crossroads appeared ahead
The correct path revealed by what the Master said

Keeping my eyes on Jesus and looking straight away
He will lead me into the promised land without delay

Keeping my eyes on Jesus, He loves me every day 
Following and trusting Him is the only divine way

Please give forgiveness where there is no resolution 

Please give sight to my soul that I may be made whole

Some infections are airborne some are waterborne
God’s good infection of Love travels Bloodborne

A good infection is unheard of today
A person infected with love will pray

Prayer will bring joy and peace within 
Bringing eternal life to live with Him

I never want to stop roaming

I’m happy as a bird out of a cage 
I feel every day like I’m on stage

Nothing can ever happen to me
I’m in control of everything you see

Then one day, I was blinded by a light

My son earthly happiness you have
It is short-lived if you don’t misbehave

Being a great distance away, headed toward home 
My heart burns for loved ones never more to roam

I've squandered away much of my life
Traveling to many places caused much strife

My blinded eyes are now open, seeing the error of my ways
Returning home, I am hoping for forgiveness and praise

I found God; He forgave me of my sin
Praying that my family forgives me again

Inflation is a scary term of concern
Prices are on the rise everywhere you turn

No matter what it is, the prices keep climbing up
There never seems to be much coffee in my cup

There is one commodity not affected by inflation
The plan of God, which includes saving salvation 

It’s always been free. There will never be a charge
God planned it that way for your heart to enlarge

Sending His Son Jesus to set me free
Extending my life through eternity

Ever met an individual who topped everyone they met?
Having much better than all, they never let you forget.

It's strange what an overinflated ego will create.
An unusual atmosphere of distasteful hate.

Very little can be accomplished about this situation.
Until their ego is deflated by old fashion salvation.

This change does not occur very often.
Most take it with them in their beautiful coffin.
