Poems that send darts🎯to touch our hearts❤️
There are not many who will have my front and back
Most fade away. After a short time, even losing track
Being the only one who will stay with me all the way
God my maker from above, will forever stay
He is in front of me as well as in the rear
Looking over me, constantly feeling him so near
Giving me peace of mind and peace in my heart
Knowing that from me, He will never depart

If my journey is my destination, when will I arrive
Heaven, not being at the end of my life beginning when I arrived
I am in heaven when Jesus comes into my life
Trials continue in this world with much less strife
God is lighting my path to show me the way
Fewer worries at the end of the long day
Thank you, God, for placing me in your divine plan
Walking with me daily, striving to do the best that I can
Winning my hard-fought race here on earth,
drawing me nearer to my heavenly birth
Enduring the sorrows and pains making it all worthwhile
Feeling Jesus' Glorious Love and beholding His loving smile

Ever been a coach? Trying to get others to excel.
By teaching them perseverance, they will do well
The person you are coaching holds the illusive key
Without desire from the mind and heart, they will never see
A good coach seeks the desire of the heart first
Finding that the mind and body will never thirst
A word of encouragement will go a long way
Reaching the distant goal at the end of the day
Never never, never give up is what a successful coach will say
Traveling this path will produce the desired prize not far away
Through time sweat, and tears that may have come my way
All being worth the effort to enjoy the completeness I feel today

Peace is a feeling that is difficult to explain
It seems to come out of nowhere and return again
The most remarkable coincidence I've found
When I seek Jesus, His peace comes around
Not keeping my eye on Him, it will disappear
Prayerfully starting the process over for it to reappear

The past should teach me an invaluable lesson
The memories of which I do not have to make a confession
Not being ashamed of whence I came
Being my transformation that I proudly claim
My past is my heritage leaving my mark on earth
This will genuinely tell a common man’s great worth
Learning from my past and moving ahead
Trying to make fewer mistakes before I'm dead

Do you see a lonely beggar on the street
He is not there of his own accord
Being unable to control the cards dealt to him, he sees no reward
I passed him by with a sorrowful sigh
Not willing to give him a helping hand
I have a feeling of great remorse. I do not understand
Now Jesus is in my heart; he has opened my eyes to see
The blessing of helping others brings a great blessing to me
God’s joy I feel within can't be explained
Not being given from above to be contained
Being the hands and feet of Jesus while here on earth
No possible way to explain this incredible worth
Thank you, God, Thank you, God, for forgiving me
Eternal life and forever setting me free

Bless me, Lord, watch over me today.
Bless my friends; watch over them. I pray
Praise God from whom all Blessings flow
Continually watching over me wherever I go
Not understanding how His Love could ever be
I praise and thank him every day for setting me free

Peter Cotton Tail was much less commercial back in my day
There were no plastic eggs. Just children wanting to play.
All dressing in our Sunday Best
Going to our church being overly blest
The Easter Egg hunt was in the afternoon.
Searching for the eggs was over way too soon
The Easter meal was a sight to behold
Ham with all the trimmings never served cold
Back to church again that night. Worshiping God with all our might
Thanking God in every way that His Son Jesus rose on the third day

I was shackled by time
I was shackled by sin
I was shackled from within
Each day finding no way to win
I was shackled by my friends
No encouragement from my kin
Then crying out, please God unshackle me
An incredible peace came in I could not see
I fell to my knees in great surprise
Streams of tears flowing from my eyes
Hearing of God and what he had done for others
Years ago, I heard of Jesus from my Mother
Never in a million years thought he would have time for me
Now Praising and thanking Him every day on bended knee
2Ti 2:9Â Â for which I am suffering even to the point of being shackled like a criminal. But God's word is not shackled.

Knowledge is from books on earth
Wisdom is from God's Great Worth
Both used for the love of God and man
Bringing Majesty to His Great Plan
Walking daily with my eyes on Him
His Heavenly light never grows dim
At the end of my race here on earth
Feeling God’s love at Heaven's birth
