God allows a teardrop in our eye 
So there will be a rainbow in our heart
All this being in his grand plan from the very start 

He promised he would never leave us or never part
If we would only keep is love through Jesus in our heart

The next time you feel Sad and blue or feel joy through and through 
 Bow your head and thank God for what he has given you

I was a condemned man for what I had done
Oh, if I had only not had that gun

Being condemned and sentenced to prison to die
That's where I found Jesus, setting my soul free to fly

Finding the love of God, changing my life all around
Discovering my soul is set free from this earthly ground

Thank you, Loving God, for saving me
I'll be flying from this old jail cell on bended knee

By joining the family of God, you are never left alone. 
God Everlasting is always on his throne. 

He will give you peace, joy, and contentment in your every need. 
When you accept his son Jesus
You will be completely free.

Being in the Family of God will bring peace in any situation. 
Relying on him will bring much-needed illumination. 

Taking time to pray and thank Him today. 
For His love and Mercy, he bestows all along the way.

What kind of rock are you familiar with, rock that you have seen
That would depend on the part of the country where you have been 

The Red rocks of Arizona or the limestone in Kentucky 
Wherever you live, you are blest and so lucky

The Rock of my life is Jesus Christ Himself
Seeing Him as Almighty God myself 

He's the Rock of my Salvation, the Rock of Hope for the future 
I'm only a tiny pebel in His Rock of the total picture 

God can take a tiny pebel and make for him a Gem 
Oh, the pressures that come with that may seem so grim

Whichever Rock you stand on over your lifetime
Make sure it's a Solid Rock, not on sinking sand

Bow your head and prayerfully say
Thank you, God, for being my Rock today
