Woodpeckers are an extraordinary bird
Pecking is how they spread their word
Strange how God makes such a simple plan
So the birds can communicate across the land
My behavior gets me into trouble. I need to slow down
Often with my actions and speech, I act like a clown
My prayer today is Lord slow me down
That I may make no one frown

I am climbing up the Heavenly Ladder
Every rung, the light becomes brighter
Every rung, I climb the peace and grace
Bring closer, into focus His Heavenly Face
With each new height, I gain
I know my life was not in vain
The sufferings I encountered here on earth
They give me much greater heavenly worth
Not understanding God’s Great Plan
Evolving day by day for, every man
His ultimate loving plan is so simple
Sending Jesus to rescue the sinful

Does the gift of detailed organization come from God?
Yes, it does. The confusion comes from the other Path I have trod.
Organization takes over my mind.
Keeping Me from being very kind.
Divine attributes are sent from God above.
They don't always fit in this world with little love.
Organization is Undoubtedly to be.
However, It is not the eternal key.

Whether we have very little or a whole lot
We should serve Jesus with all We've got
Near or far, wherever we are
Serve Jesus by following his star
Serving is the key to His Master Plan
Following this, with Him, we will stand

God is Great enough to rule his universe
He's small enough to live in my heart
God is loving enough to save my soul
Jesus came in and made me whole
God's Greatness is too Great to be told God’s Grace, and Mercy are worth more than earthly gold
God sent His Son Jesus as a sacrifice
That we might forever have eternal life

When I'm distraught and have no place to turn,
Jesus Whispers Peace
When I'm homesick and want to return,
Jesus Whispers Peace
When I grieve and cry uncontrollably,
Jesus Whispers Peace
When my time comes, I will not be alone;
Jesus will Whispers Peace
Oh, the peace that he gives, I can not understand
The peace He gives will lead me into the promised land

1Ki 19:12 After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper
Grandma has gone home to be with the Lord now.
She left her Bible, a stronger testimony than the sweat on her brow
The Bibles cover is torn and tattered from much use
Its pages are wrinkled and worn; some have even come loose
Every time I hold her Bible, I feel her spirit in my hand
She and God's Word became one.
How this happened is difficult to understand
I know she is at rest in God's Love
A promise God sent from above
I cannot bring her back from the dead
I can go meet her if I look ahead
God's son Jesus promises me eternal life
If I ask him in, I will certainly live with less strife

I forget what I forgot
Someone in my Family is named spot
Well, it's less stressful this way
It makes no difference what I say
Don't feel sorry for me
Not remembering, I feel free
God has a way of giving His Peace
All my troubles and cares cease
I have no trouble remembering my prayers
It's a blessing to have someone who cares
Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray to God my soul to keep
Amen

The Christmas Season is fond memories of long ago
The season of Baby Jesus being born and longing for a Christmas Snow
The Christmas play at Church
The warmth of the Season, we search
Pressing my nose to the frosty window pane made my heart race with cheer
Hoping to catch a glimpse of Santa's giant red Sleigh and the eight tiny reindeer
Little sleep before Christmas Morning
Santa quietly arrives with no warning
My sleepy eyes missed him again tonight
He must have arrived late just before daylight
The Joy of giving and caring for those we love
The teaching from our Heavenly Father above
Being grateful for what we have
Is the key to God’s perfect Love

Listening goes a very long way
Bringing greater happiness than what you say
Listening is cultivating an essential art in life
Mastering it will undoubtedly bring less strife
Listening is showing respect with your ears
Reverend listing will bring many tears
Listening shows you care about others and what they say
Everyone needs to know that someone cares today
Jesus cares for everyone every day
He always listens no matter what you say
