If I'm the captain of where to sail my soul
Should it behoove me to research where I should go

Should I check weather of the path I take
Or should I leave it to happenstance and then it would be too late

An unexpected storm may not drown my soul
But it will surely leave the old ship and the Captain less than whole

When we all get to Heaven what wonders we shall see
GOD’S LOVE and GLORY will be enough for me

There will be no more sorrow no more pain no more shame that we can see 
We will have everlasting life with our family and friends for eternity

Thank You, GOD Thank You GOD for sending YOUR SON JESUS
That Forever and Forever YOU will Be with us

Kick the Bucket

Have you ever felt so tired and didn't want to get out of bed
Just wanted to lay there all day feeling half dead

Get out of that ole bed, you ain't kicked the bucket yet
You need to get up, get dressed, and go to work so you can get out of debt

If you have trouble getting motivated each day
Just listen to GOD and see what he has to say

Just look around and see how you are so blessed 
For if you get close enough to HIM you will always be caressed

You don’t capture a snarling dog with a whip and rocks
We need to realize that the old dog has had many hard knocks

You lure him in, with something he likes. 
He may take the bate even if he wants to bite

Trust will come after many many days 
It has to do with forgetting the old ways

When Love shows up after trust is gained
He will never again, have to be restrained.

Are we becoming stronger as time passes by
Are we becoming weaker, do we stop to ask why

When troublesome times creep upon us
We should stop and listen to GOD least we fuss 

It is only through heartache and hardship   
 That experiences in life bring us to worship

Through such close Worship to GOD alone
Will, we only find the peaceful road to HIS Throne
