Don't worry about yesterday or tomorrow the Bible says
Tend to the tasks at hand for that will take our fears away
All the worry in the world gains naught
Working diligently day to day as we aught
This will bring many blessings from above
Walking with Him every day bestows much Love

Busted Britches courtesy Biscuit T. Sims N5HBB Clinton, Mississippi
In the heart of the South, where the phrases run wild,
There's a saying that's tossed, by both adult and child.
"Bust your britches," they say, with a wink and a grin,
A testament to effort, skin deep and within.
It speaks of the labor, under sun's scorching light,
Of fields and of factories, through day and into night.
Where sweat beads like pearls, on the brow of the brave,
And the clothes on their back, are all but forgave.
For to "bust your britches," is not just to tear
A seam at the side, from wear and from wear.
It's the spirit of striving, beyond what's endured,
A metaphorical burst, of the strength that's assured.
It dances with humor, this phrase of the South,
A chuckle that rises, from deep in the mouth.
Yet, behind every laughter, there's truth to be found,
In the toil and the effort, where hope is unbound.
So next time you hear it, this saying with zest,
Imagine the trials, the ultimate test.
For "busting one's britches," in labor or jest,
Is a badge of one's mettle, in the South, it's expressed.

In steps both small and leaps so grand,
Beneath the sky, on God's vast land,
"Go with God, and He with you,"
A promise held, forever true.
Through valleys deep and mountains high,
Underneath the vast, sprawling sky,
His presence felt in every breeze,
In whispered prayers, and rustled leaves.
With every step, His grace unfolds,
In stories written, and tales untold,
For when you walk with faith so clear,
God's love surrounds, His whispers near.
In moments of joy, in times of strife,
He walks beside you, through life's rife.
A guiding hand, a light that leads,
Fulfilling hopes, and tending needs.
"Go with God," a path divine,
His footsteps yours, entwined in thine.
For in His grace, you'll find your way,
From dawn's first light to end of day.
And when the road turns sharp and steep,
Remember promises He keeps.
For with His love, you'll never roam,
Go with God, and you're never alone.

Everyone has a thirst for knowledge at some point in their life
Whether we pursue it will be an indication of our strife
Knowledge is learning of many earthly things
Wisdom is from God and understanding it brings
Ask and you shall receive the Good Book reveals
By asking and believing you remain in His Will

In the hush of dawn's embrace, I find my place,
With a heart full of grace, under Your celestial space.
Breath, a gift so fine, marks the divine line,
As I awaken to Your world, in wonderment, I twine.
Thank You for the peace, the joy, Your love's lease,
Upon this day I seize, Your blessings that never cease.
Each soul I meet, each step with my feet,
Is a part of Your plan, so perfect and complete.
To You, I surrender, my all, my defender,
In every endeavor, Your wisdom I remember.
Guide me on the path, away from wrath,
In Your teachings I bathe, in Your love's aftermath.
Your Word, a treasure, beyond measure,
In my heart, I keep, Your promise to never sever.
Living in Your way, each and every day,
I seek to display, Your glory in every fray.
Gratitude I voice, in You, I rejoice,
For the choices we make, in Your love, we are poised.
In Jesus’ name, I pray, with faith’s flame,
Your grace, I acclaim, forever unashamed.

I felt shackled by something from within
The thought crossed my mind that is sin
When God's Love overwhelmed me
My shackles fell off now I see
Thank you, God, for sending your love to me
I am no longer a prisoner I have been set free

I am headed back home with an injured wing
Difficult to remain airborne with only hope to cling
I'm coming in on one wing and a prayer
Only in hopes of making it there
All of a sudden God lifts me up with His gentle breath
My child He says I will be with you it is all in my plan

Talking and walking gives me peace of mind
Talking and walking with friends who are kind
Talking and walking with my Savior is beyond compare
Walking with Him lifts me out of my despair
Walking with Jesus fills my heart with Love
My desire to pass it on to others from above

In the soft whisper of the morning's light,
It is said, with a smile so bright,
"I want to say, in words so true,
A special Happy Birthday to you.
To you my love who is so dear,
This wish I send with all cheer.
Another year, another grace,
With you, love finds its perfect place.
In every moment, every glance,
Life with you is like a dance.
A journey sweet, through highs and lows,
Together, where the heart just knows.
May this day bring joy anew,
Sunshine bright and skies so blue.
May laughter echo, love embrace,
In every corner, find its place.
For all you are and all you do,
This day, my love, is just for you.
A celebration, a wish so kind,
For the beautiful soul, in you, I find.
Happy Birthday, Dear with love so true,
From the morning light till the evening's hue.
I say and so it eternally is,
A life together, forever in bliss.

In gatherings small, beneath the sky so wide,
My friends unknowingly become my guide.
With every laugh, a stitch in wounds unseen,
In every shared silence, my spirit leans.
Little do they know, with every jest and cheer,
They mend the cracks, make my path clear.
In cups of coffee, in walks under the moon's glow,
They're healing me, more than they'll ever know.
With tales spun from our days and dreams,
We weave a tapestry with hope's gleams.
Each hangout, a balm to my soul's cries,
In their presence, my heart's flight lies.
So here's to friends, both near and far,
Our bonds, a healing salve, a guiding star.
In every moment spent, in every shared smile,
They're stitching me back, mile after mile.
