Look at me. A Christian I want to be. I talk about everything JESUS has done for me. GOD sent HIS SON To Die on the cross That we might live with HIM in Eternity So is that just the end for me I suppose such A Great Gift should be shared That’s why they call it Christianity Caring enough to Love others as JESUS LOVED US That seems to be the Greatest Plus Serving others with the LOVE OF CHRIST Should be our Greatest Sacrifice
When our feeble minds start to fade GOD remembers all the Prayers we’ve Prayed He continues to Hold Our Unsteady Hand And watches over Us in This Foreign Land Walking Every Day Closer by Our Side Soon We'll go home with HIM to Abide One Day His Glorious Face We’ll See Falling to our knees, Shouting With Glee
Sing Praises Unto HIM In the worst of times GOD is forever listening Helping in difficult times For those that Love HIM and Praise HIS Name HE’S there to rescue them from any shame When the task is impossible, and there’s no way out Sing praises unto him. The memories of yesteryear linger in my mind Giving me mixed feelings a lot of the time Happy Memories that linger the longest They seem to be more vivid and the strongest Mostly the love of my family through the years And others that became so dear There were good times and hard times as there will always be But Faith in GOD always gave Strength to me After all these years I rest with peace now Thanking GOD that he found me somehow The love that HE brought can’t be explained We can only bow our heads and thank him again and again
Did you ever wonder why did I do that Oh if I could only change it like a Magician with his Hat Always remember GOD Knows Best He already knew what you were going to do So don’t fret. HE still loves you This is too much for our minds to comprehend We just have to leave it up to HIM in the very end HE Loved us So Much, that HE sent HIS SON to Die for Us For whatever decisions we would make Would be forgiven in His Namesake
Oh GOD Make the wind my chariot The Sun to light my path every day The mountains to give me refuge All along the way Give me the meadow that I might rest To renew my spirit for the quest Give me the oceans that I might see The Majesty of GOD and what HE has done for me Give me the night that I might sleep That my soul you should keep When my journey is over give me the Peace I need That I might submit to your will to be freed
Did you ever wonder how your life is like a puzzle With pieces, only GOD knows how to scuffle You see GOD can change the pieces each day So you will follow HIS Will along the way This is too much for us to understand How GOD can keep us in HIS hand HE sent HIS SON JESUS to die on the Cross So that the pieces of our puzzle will never be lost Such Great Love, we can’t understand We can only bow our heads and Thank HIM Again and Again
What is time here on earth It’s the movement from our birth We move so slowly as time passes by Then we reach a point it seems to fly We can’t stop it no matter how hard we try It will only end when we die That’s when your Loving JESUS steps in And says come and live with me in eternity Your love will last from now on Because GOD gave HIS Only SON
Patience is not found by many It alludes those with less and those with plenty Patience isn’t a worldly thing It’s something you have to pray for again and again The Bible says ask and you shall receive It will come only to those who believe If you don’t give up and continue to pray It will come quietly to you one day
