When God Calls

When God calls, we don’t always know the way.
One thing is for sure: we cannot stay.
For faith means stepping where sight may fail,
And trusting His wind to fill our sail.

The path may twist through shadowed lands,
Yet every turn is shaped by His hands.
So lift your heart, though the road seems long
Each step you take becomes a song.

For when He calls, it’s love that leads,
Through barren fields that bloom with seeds.
And though the journey may test and bend,
With God, each calling finds its end.

Heb 11:8  By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

      On That Day

On that day, the birds shed a tear
All nature stood still
As Jesus climbed that hill

The sky turned dark the curtain was torn 
All that could be heard were those that mourn. 

On that resurrection Day the Son shone bright 
The birds sang to heaven to their delight. 

A warmth covered the earth from above
Oh God we can only thank you for your Love.

 Be a Lover, Not a Fighter

Be a lover, not a fighter,
Let kindness be your flame and lighter.
But when what’s dear is on the line,
Stand tall in truth—let courage shine. 🌟

Love is gentle, soft, and kind,
Yet strength and faith walk close behind.
For peace is born from hearts that care,
And battles won through love and prayer. 💖

So lift your hands not up in rage,
But in defense of hearts you save.
Be a lover—bold, yet true—
And fight for love in all you do. 🕊️

In the Quiet, He Is There

Praying without ceasing in the quiet,
You know God is always there.
No words are necessary,
Just feelings laid bare.

In the hush before dawn’s first light,
When the world still sleeps and sighs,
Your spirit whispers what words cannot,
And Heaven hears your silent cries.

When storms within refuse to rest,
And peace feels far away,
You’ll find Him waiting in the calm
He’s near before you pray.

Every heartbeat is a language,
Every breath a sacred song,
For prayer is not the sound of speech,
But knowing where you belong.

In joy, in grief, in shadowed fear,
When no one seems to care,
He listens through the quiet tears
Your soul’s unspoken prayer.

So pause and rest within His grace,
Release each worldly care.
For praying without ceasing means
To live each day aware:
That in the silence, in the storm,
In every breath of air
You’re never truly all alone.
God is always there.

God’s Power on Display

God’s Power is on display every day,
Those who reject Him are blinded, I must say.
The heavens declare His glory above,
Each sunrise and star speaks of His love.

The seas roar out His mighty hand,
Mountains rise firm at His command.
Yet hearts grow cold when they turn away,
Ignoring the signs of His lighted way.

But those who walk in His guiding grace,
Behold His wonders in every place.
For faith unveils what eyes can’t see
God’s Power alive for you and me

Rom 1:20  For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
