The pistachio nut is hard to pronounce 
They are sold here mostly by the ounce

They taste so good you can hardly put them down 
If you eat them too fast you will have to slow down

They are used In many recipes that are so tasty 
My Favorite is Pistachio Ice Cream. I eat it rather hasty
