In this life, I live in a world of tribulation
Oh, how I search for a life of inspiration 

So many ups and downs on my path
I am in search of a road of less strife

I stumbled on the answer one day
On bended knee, I began to pray

All my  worries faded from my sight
At last, I saw God's light in the night

Physically, my tribulations are still there
In my heart, I have Joy with no despair 

I have  won the race before it began 
Reaching out with God taking my hand
