Peace is not Silence

Peace is not silence where battles cease,
Nor merely the ending of war for peace.
It’s planting hope where hearts once bruised,
A place where lives are healed, not used.

Peace is the soil where mercy can grow,
Where justice and kindness freely flow.
Not just no conflict, harsh or rough—
But room for all souls to rise and flourish enough.
