🌿 Daily Devotional: Our Father Knows Best 🌿
Scripture:
“For in Him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, and you have been filled in Him, who is the head of all rule and authority.” — Colossians 2:9–10 (ESV)

Devotional Thought:
When life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or out of control, it’s comforting to remember this truth: Our Father knows best because He gave us His best—Jesus.

In Christ, all the fullness of God dwells. Not a portion. Not a reflection. The entire nature of God—His wisdom, power, love, and truth—was revealed in the person of Jesus. And here’s the astonishing part: we have been filled in Him. That means everything we need—peace, strength, direction, identity—is already ours through Jesus.

He is not only Savior; He is the Head over all rule and authority. No circumstance is beyond His reach. No enemy can overpower His reign. When we submit our lives to Him, we aren’t placing our trust in uncertainty—we’re standing on the sure foundation of the One who knows everything and holds everything.

Our Father, in His perfect wisdom, gave us Jesus—God in the flesh—so we could live full, confident, and rooted lives. When we feel empty, it’s not because God has failed. It’s because we’ve forgotten that we’ve already been filled in Christ.

Reflection Question:
Where in your life are you seeking fulfillment apart from Jesus? How would your choices change if you truly believed He is enough?

Prayer:
Father, thank You for giving me the fullness of life through Your Son. Help me to stop searching for what I already have in Jesus. Remind me that He is Lord over all, and that I am complete in Him. Let my confidence rest not in my circumstances but in Your eternal wisdom and perfect love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s Truth:
You lack nothing—because the One who holds everything has already filled you with His fullness.
