I went to the Lord in prayer one day
And what did he say
Nothing I could hear anyway 

I kept asking every day 
I had no response
But I felt closer along the way

Then one day I came close enough to touch his hand
His love flowed through me. I could not understand 
I cried with Joy and saw what He had planned

Every Day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before 
Every Day with Jesus he will reveal more and more
