God sent an Angel from above
Not realizing why she was sent
Caring for her family and others brought her great content

Greeting everyone with a smile no matter where she went
They all realized by whom and why she was heaven sent

As the sands of time drift as we age 
Loving memories are carried with us as we turn another page

New surroundings, new neighbors, God’s love never ends. 
He leads us down the path of many new friends 

I now feel more comfortable and content on life’s stage
I relish the curtain call with much applause and praise
