Escaping sometimes seems the right thing to do
Transported to a different place where l don't feel so blue

It seems temporary returning from where I started
Only being discouraged, finding myself brokenhearted 

There is no escape from where I've been
The answer lies in where I'm going and my feeling within

Walking with God and having joy in my heart
There is no reason to escape if I'm smart
