Wonderwall

Always looking for my Wonderwall
To come and rescue me from it all

Is there such a Galant Knight
To rescue me from this fright

No earthly one I have found
Performing this miracle, bringing my crown

Wonderwall, I happened to find
When I reached out to the Devine

Jesus humbly came in
Forever being my friend

The Tap Root

The deeper the taproot of a tree,
The less likely it is to topple over.
Burrowing further into the ground, looking for water to discover.

My soul has a spiritual taproot, you see.
Always searching for spiritual water to satisfy me.

With Faith in God and the well of Scripture,
Constantly forming a wonderful Heavenly picture.

Anchored to the Faith and geared to the times
The water from my taproot satisfies me all the time

Meditate

Meditation day and night will align my mind in the right
Meditating on God's Word, will allow me to see the light

The more I meditate, the more scriptures I read
The more my mind and body will head

Meditating on worldly thoughts lasts for a short time
With Heavenly meditation, I eternally climb

Time after death is turned into eternity
Sharing this wisdom with others will hand them the key

The Cat in the Hat

The cat in a hat is a sight to see.
Why would a cat need a hat to even be.
Not sure of the answer; I think it’s coming to me.

The cat needs a hat to bring a smile to escape senility.
A smile will significantly increase your ability.

My restless Soul

I've always been restless, wanting to roam.
All my life, I never was fortunate to have a real home

I shifted from one place to another
Always looking for a friendly brother

Then one day, my restlessness stopped
Out of nowhere, my heart began to drop

Jesus reached down, clasping it with His Loving hands
Returning my heart with no earthly commands

I now understand the Love of Jesus. He completely understands

Face to Face

Face-to-face is the most effective way to greet a person. I would say.
Nothing is more effective than the meaning of eye contact, any day.

Face-to-face with God is an entirely different matter.
God's face showing through His love is the answer.

Tears of Joy, tears of saddens wells up in my soul.
Beholding the Face of Jesus makes my eternal life whole.

Face to Face with Him will make the light so incredibly bright.
The scales of sin dropping away, I will begin to see His Holy Light

Fight the Fight

I don't have to fight anymore
God himself has won the war

No matter how far away from home, I roam
He made plans long ago to take me home

I need not worry; I need not care
My Heavenly Home is now prepared

The Love and Joy I feel inside
God is spreading His Spirit worldwide

I can only bow my head, thanking him every day
For my Glorious home, he has prepared far away

Open my Heart

Open my heart that I may see
Those around me in need of thee

Please help me to be an instrument to others that they might see
Jesus is living and working through me

Jesus came to serve others, not to be served
Wishing to give them the love they deserve

Faith in Him is the only road to Eternal Life
Living here being satisfying with less strife

Let God’s Sunshine in

Beautiful background – bright red and yellow sunrise over dark clouds, glowing horizon
Lord, open the shades to my heart and let your sun come beaming in
Basking in your sunlight, the warmth of your love is where Heaven begins

May your light shine through me so others might see
Giving them the Hope and warmth, and Love that I see

For there is truly no other way than to follow Your Son Jesus this very day
This is the only way to win the race and have eternal life someday
