Reflecting Thoughts

Cowboys take time to go to church,
In their worn-out boots and dusty shirts.
They gather ‘round with humble hearts,
Knowing well where their blessings start.
Out on the range, beneath the sky,
They see God's handiwork up high.
But come Sunday morn, they ride to town,
To kneel before the Holy Crown.
They've seen the storms, the harshest lands,
Yet place their lives in God's own hands.
With faith as strong as the open plain,
They bow their heads, call on His name.
They know the earth beneath their feet,
Is not the end, but where they meet,
The Lord who guides them every day,
Through trials, troubles, come what may.
So cowboys take time, they make it right,
To gather in the morning light.
For in those pews, they find their grace,
And in God's house, their rightful place.
They may be rough, they may be tough,
But they know that faith’s enough.
So with a prayer and a whispered hymn,
They leave their burdens all to Him.
Out on the trail, they’ll ride again,
But not alone, not now, not then.
For in their hearts, the truth is sure,
Cowboys who pray find peace that’s pure.

Laughter is good medicine I've been told
Curing many ailments of the body and the soul of old.
When the devil comes prowling around
With Jesus in your heart just laugh him into the ground.

I've been on the train for a long time now
Growing weary with each stop, somehow
Stops of joy and stops of sorrow
Unknowing the stops of tomorrow
The Conductor comes strolling through
Hailing the last stop, we’re coming to
Prepare to disembark here
The end of the line is very near

What if I were paralyzed and could not speak or walk?
How would I proclaim the Gospel to others if I cannot talk?
The peace He gives my soul, even though my body is not whole, is my witness to Him.
The smile on my face reflects His Love from within.
The most prominent witness I can be
Is showing the courage He has given me.
When words are trapped inside, and movement seems denied,
I let His light shine through, as in His grace I abide.
My spirit sings a silent hymn, my heart a beacon bright,
Through every trial and storm, His love becomes my light.
In the quiet of my soul, His whispers I discern,
Teaching me to trust, in every twist and turn.
Though my voice is silent, my faith speaks loud and clear,
A testimony of His strength, conquering every fear.
Each smile becomes a sermon, each glance a holy prayer,
A testament of hope, in every breath of air.
For in His arms I'm lifted, despite the earthly pain,
A living, breathing witness, of His eternal reign.
So even when I'm bound, by flesh that's frail and weak,
My life becomes a message, of the love that we all seek.
The courage that He gives, will always set me free,
A powerful testament, of His grace in me.

In the stillness of the evening's sigh,
Beneath the vast and somber sky,
A good man's soul ascends on high,
Even foes must bow and cry.
For in his heart, so pure and true,
He held a light that darkness knew,
A beacon bright, a morning dew,
Respected by the chosen few.
His deeds of kindness, words so wise,
Brought solace, light to tear-filled eyes,
In life's harsh storms, he did arise,
A hero in the silent skies.
Even those who stood opposed,
In times of strife, with hearts enclosed,
Now bow their heads, their eyes deposed,
Respect the path his spirit chose.
For goodness knows no boundary,
Nor enemy in rivalry,
In death, his grace is plain to see,
A timeless, honored legacy.

My mind in constant turmoil with my soul,
A restless dance, a struggle to control.
In whispers dark and shadows deep,
They wage a war that steals my sleep.
Thoughts collide like storm-tossed seas,
Seeking answers, longing for peace.
In every conflict, in every fight,
I search for calm, for gentle light.
Yet in this chaos, hope does gleam,
A quiet strength, a distant dream.
To calm the mind, to soothe the soul,
Is to make the weary body whole.
Breath by breath, I find my way,
To peace that dawns like breaking day.
In stillness found, in moments sweet,
My heart and soul at last can meet.
For when the mind and soul align,
In harmony, pure and divine,
The body follows, strong and free,
In perfect peace and unity.
So here I stand, with open heart,
To heal the wounds, to play my part.
To calm the storm, to find the whole,
A tranquil mind, a peaceful soul.

Your past shapes your future,
A tapestry finely spun,
Each thread a moment lived,
Each choice a deed well done.
To shape your future brightly,
Change today, seize your chance,
For tomorrow's history
Begins with today's dance.
Reflect on paths you've wandered,
Learn from the trails you've crossed,
For in the lessons gathered,
No effort is ever lost.
Today is where it starts,
The future in your hands,
Mold it with intention,
Create your finest plans.
For when tomorrow dawns,
Today will be your past,
Let it be a foundation strong,
So your dreams may forever last.
So, live with mindful purpose,
Embrace each precious day,
For the future you envision,
Is but a heartbeat away.

In the whisper of dawn's gentle light,
A promise unfolds, so pure, so bright.
"Believe you can," the echoes declare,
And in that faith, you're halfway there.
Mountains may rise, steep and tall,
Yet with belief, you’ll conquer all.
Dreams take flight on wings of dare,
"Believe you can and you're halfway there."
Through trials that test the soul's resolve,
Hold fast to dreams that fears dissolve.
In the heart's core, let courage flare,
For "Believe you can and you're halfway there."
With every step, let faith ignite,
Guiding you through the darkest night.
In the power of hope, let your spirit wear,
"Believe you can and you're halfway there."
"Believe you can and you're halfway there."
