Charging Out Battery

Charging our battery becomes commonplace. 
When we start the car, automated charging takes place.

Our life is much the same way, running down and needing a lift. 
Seeking a  retreat, where we may discover the much-needed gift. 

Our souls are fashioned in much the same manner.
When we feel tired and run down, we need to tend to the matter. 

How does one refresh their weary soul, you might ask?
Coming closer to God I think, would be the desired task.

The path to God is a mystery, having been pondered for years. 
Reading your Bible and praying would be the answer it appears.

Coming closer to God will provide the much-needed power. 
Your lack of energy will start increasing by the hour. 

Once you are all charged up and ready to go 
Your many blessings from God will start to flow.

Different

Some days I feel a little different, some days as Happy as can be. 
I've found pleasing others is not the best answer for me

Being seen a little different in the eyes of others
Certainly doesn't change the unconditional love of my mother

If I tried to be something I'm not, that's a lie that could  never be forgotten
This would only lead to much distress, in my heart, I would feel much forgotten 

If you can't be true to yourself you can't be true to others
This is the only way to have perfect peace in life, I tell you, my brothers

Nature

Mother Nature is a beautiful mystery sent from above
The more we become involved 
We find our increased longing for Joy and Love

Feelings from Nature we cannot touch
The mystery of the grandeur desires much

Nature so beautiful beyond our comprehension 
Snaps our minds and hearts to complete attention 

Of all the beautiful aspects of nature in which we can submerse ourselves 
The birth of a newborn child reigns far above anything else

Revive

Revive is a term that means to bring life
It can renew physical or spiritual to lessen much strife

Difficulties we must be in, needing to be revived again 
Without revival, we might become lifeless dead men

For we depend on Medical Staff for the medicine we’re needing
We depend on GOD’S SON JESUS for HIS spiritual healing 

After taking time to be fully healed again
We must take precautions, to warn a dear friend

Percolate

Do you use the old-fashioned percolator to make your black coffee 
I make it the fast way, In one of those K-cup machines, I’m such a softie

Is that the way the spirit of GOD should be
Slowly spreading HIS Spirit through the entirety of me

To increase the strength of my Faith similar to my coffee
Percolating frequently will build my faith, to the point, that no one can stop me

Resentment

Resentment is an intense feeling that we shouldn't harbor. 
If we keep it inside very long is will make our hearts even harder 

What is the remedy for such a stressful matter 
Certainly having Love in our heart will make us feel much better

If you have JESUS walking with you and lighting your path
If you focus on him you will avoid much wrath

GOD is so Very Good to me
The closer I walk the clearer I see

With each step I take HIS Majesty becomes Greater to  me

The LOVE of sending HIS SON JESUS 
to set me Free
Is far beyond my comprehension as it well should be

GODS GREAT LOVE is such a Vast Domaine, on this earth it can never be explained 

Our Faith and Trust are the Greatest Gift We can give to HIM
When we share HIS LOVE with others again and again

Are you worried about tomorrow 
Not knowing what it might bring

If you have a friend that’s already there
You will start to sing

Things are looking up
Good things will start to pile up 

God says He knows what you need
Just put your trust in Him
And let Him lead

Camping

Camping seems like a delightful experience to me
The smell of the coffee brewing, and the breeze against my cheek, make me feel free

Making new friends many stories to tell
Makes me joyous inside and our souls feel well

Being in the midst of GODS’ Creation
The birds and the trees
Lifts our Hearts, gives us Joy, and makes it so easy for us to see

If you need a break from your normal routine 
Camping with friends is the Best Remedy I've seen

All music comes from God. The notes themselves come from His love. 
The beauty of this sound is sent from the Heavenly choir above. 

How man composes these mystical notes, changes the feeling  of the tune. 
The song coming from within his heart, reflects the mood in the afternoon. 

Sweet songs reflect love and affection. 
Dark songs reflect evil and rejection. 

The song with which you choose to listen. 
Will guide your soul in a definite direction. 

The moral of this story is, that you alone choose,  in where to place your musical affection.
