Looking back in time Hard times were good times Because JESUS was there all the time He walked and talked with me every day Molding me in his divine way HE saved me and made me whole And gave me Joy in my Soul The bad comes with the good So that we can make the decisions we should If it were all good and there was no bad There would be no decision to be had For it’s only the right decision that we make That will bring us joy for JESUS' sake May 1, 2022
The memories of yesteryear linger in my mind Giving me mixed feelings a lot of the time Happy Memories that linger the longest They seem to be more vivid and the strongest Mostly the love of my family through the years And others that became so dear There were good times and hard times as there will always be But Faith in GOD always gave Strength to me After all these years I rest with peace now Thanking GOD that he found me somehow The love that HE brought can’t be explained We can only bow our heads and thank him again and again
Did you ever wonder how your life is like a puzzle With pieces, only GOD knows how to scuffle You see GOD can change the pieces each day So you will follow HIS Will along the way This is too much for us to understand How GOD can keep us in HIS hand HE sent HIS SON JESUS to die on the Cross So that the pieces of our puzzle will never be lost Such Great Love, we can’t understand We can only bow our heads and Thank HIM Again and Again
What is time here on earth It’s the movement from our birth We move so slowly as time passes by Then we reach a point it seems to fly We can’t stop it no matter how hard we try It will only end when we die That’s when your Loving JESUS steps in And says come and live with me in eternity Your love will last from now on Because GOD gave HIS Only SON
Help me to be steady In HIM as we go Not running around Being tossed about Drop your anchor And get rid of all your doubt Keeping your eye on him Will bring you grace You will always see His ever-glowing Face
When the sun comes up in the morning And sets in the evening GOD’S Blessings seem to have more meaning As night starts to fall and the moon begins to glow You have to watch for evil as it begins to grow If you have GOD watching over you You need not fear the night For it will not bring you harm or any fright For the light of JESUS shines through any Evil you may see He will protect you at your beckon plea So as days come and go and years pass by GOD watches over us all when he hears our cry April 21, 2022 Mark Waldrop

The Believer is one who Has seen JESUS Has met JESUS Has made friends with JESUS HAS invited JESUS to come in and live with them
