If you choose to turn on the road to a new life
Don't be surprised by some pitfalls and strife
At birth, I was created somewhat equal
As time passed by, my life became a sequel
Choosing to whip my ole body into shape
Pains and roadblocks I could not escape
Many choices of eating patterns and qualified coaches
The most important is my desire as the goal approaches
It's funny looking back how time slips away
My weight will follow the same path if I focus and pray

Anything is possible through prayer with Jesus by my side
Finding faith coming to life when to God I cried
How does one have this faith, you might ask?
I am praying to God to reveal my daily tasks.
Asking for Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding
He will give to all, our soul ever-expanding
Believing in His will is what you ask for, I must say
He will answer your prayers and draw you closer to Him every day
This gift from God we can never explain
Only bowing out heads and thanking Him again and again

Crimson Red, the color of the blood flowing from my Savior's side.
His mother, in her broken heart, could feel her son had died.
As she wept, asking God why did this happen today?
God whispered to Mary, He has not gone away.
She did not understand when the Angel first brought the news.
She only knew putting her Faith in God, she would choose.
Her son would not only return again
He could live in the soul of all men.
Mary in faith, taking God at His Word, Truly believing in her heart, all she had heard.
The piece that passeth all understanding calmed her fears.
The news of His resurrection wiped away her anguished tears.
God's plan unfolding, revealing the justification for her Sons birth
Mary bowed her head, thanking God for His Great Worth.

Migration is movement from one place to another to make a new home
As I roam from place to place, I feel the calling of home
Not sure where it is or where I will be
I know in my heart my new home is waiting for me
Roaming through green pastures
Clawing my way through briars
I can only follow the path my heart and soul desires
When I break through the dense forest, what do I see
I fall to my knees and thank God for the Mansion He has made for me

When Jesus called the Disciples, they weren't reading the scripture or learning more about Him.
They were going about their business. Their future seemed relatively dim.
When they heard The Masters Voice, follow me.
In an instant, their life changed. They received a glimpse of Eternity.
Becoming close enough to Jesus to hear his call to me
I put everything aside and bowed my head, exclaiming now I see
Take my hand and show me the way.
My life turned upside down that Glorious Day.
No matter where I go or what I say
my soul is content in every way
When he touched me, there was no other choice except He leads the way
Daily surrendering my all to show His
Love again and again every day.

Finding my way on this road is to no travail
Continuing to travel along leads me straight to hell
Making a u-turn changing my way to God’s way
Realizing with his life and blood, for my sins, He did pay
Giving me the freedom to merge my way with his
The only perfect Heavenly road that's what the Bible says.

Far more significant than anything on this earth, sent from above.
The question of the ages is, how do I make this connection with God?
The answer is so simple, walking with His Son Jesus along the path I trod.

The words he spoke had significant meaning for me
It seemed to be because of the Great Love he had you see
I didn't want to leave when the road parted ahead
I longed for his love and his touch in the days ahead
Hearing of Jesus, God’s Son, from above
I now realize who the Man was with his Heavenly Love

If I practice what I preach
It would be easier to teach
If I have God and he is all I need
Why do I daily continue to plead
I should accept Him in His Word
Believing what I have heard
He's everything to me; in every situation
True belief, no room for speculation
I tend to let him walk where I wish
Should I include the food in my dish
He satisfies every craving of mine
If I will only look for His Heavenly sign
Thank you, Lord, for fulfilling my every need
Teach me through your Sons Love. I no longer have to plead.
