Time is the ultimate bender of my mind
I am prone to accept the changes that come with time
Earthly changes have always evolved over the years
The deeper I delve into History the more changes that appear
The Great I Am never changes through the Ages
He is the Rock of Gibraltar as I turn my pages
In every moment from the beginning to the present
There has always been unrest and turmoil some very unpleasant
To keep the world from tossing me about
I have to be Well Anchored in The Great I Am no doubt

God's love lifted me to new heights I could not imagine or see
Knowing not it was there I found it through His Son Jesus who sacrificed His Life for me
Feeling His touch His Love inflamed within me.
No mind can conceive or tongue can tell, how He has set me Free.
I can tell you His Love is worth more than earthly riches and gold
None of my earthly possessions can travel with me I am told
Then one day I began to look at myself as others saw me
I must admit what I saw wasn't very pretty to me
It's never too late to change your life
To follow a path that will bring Love and less strife
Jesus, said I accept you just as you are come follow me for a better life
When God gave me His only Son to die on the Cross to free me from sin
He knew that kind of love I would never understand
I can't understand the depth of His Love
I can only accept it through His Son Jesus from His Father Above

When His Son was crucified in the worst way
God sends His Son Jesus to all who will accept him
Men have the free choice to brighten their light or let it grow dim
Heaven or hell I must eventually decide

Pride is the father of all sin. The devil himself has pride swelling from within.
Sin is so proud of what it can accomplish.
It makes me think I'm so pompous
Feeling better than all those around
The Devil whispers to me ill never let you down
If all of this Is so true why do I feel so blue
I've got a strange feeling I'm not putting my trust in you
I went to church with my girlfriend
I felt so ashamed
I found out Jesus would accept me just where I am
I fell to my knees and asked Jesus to come in
At that very moment, I felt God's Love flow within
The devil left running as fast as he could
He knew who Jesus was trying to make me believe I misunderstood
With the light of God's Son Jesus inside
There was no room for evil to abide
Thank You, God for sending Jesus to die for me
That I might live forever and be set free

Am I impulsive I’ve been told all my life that’s il
It definitely is if not in God's will
God sees the big picture from the upper side
What I see makes no sense at all from the underside
The world does not understand when I stand on the promises of God
He only reveals to me His Heavenly plan from above

He has already given me the answer but where.
The question I am asking has been answered many times.
By reading the scripture I understand I find
My answer will come to me when God is ready for me to see
The answer can't be given too soon or too late

That our Eternal Life starting here on earth He will never leave us
