The bald lady

The bald lady seems a strange subject for a poem
Until you see the toll taken by their life and what chemo has done

Once such a beautiful young lady with locks of flowing hair
Oh, how life has taken a toll. With much love, she had to share

A head without hair in no way hampers
The love she shares
The glow from the complexion of her face shows how much God cares

The title for this poem was requested this morning because of the ladies he has seen in his retirement center.
