If I practice what I preach
It would be easier to teach
If I have God and he is all I need
Why do I daily continue to plead
I should accept Him in His Word
Believing what I have heard
He's everything to me; in every situation
True belief, no room for speculation
I tend to let him walk where I wish
Should I include the food in my dish
He satisfies every craving of mine
If I will only look for His Heavenly sign
Thank you, Lord, for fulfilling my every need
Teach me through your Sons Love. I no longer have to plead.

Being a Ham, I have always transmitted varied signal reports
Is there so much QRM on my spiritual signal it's challenging to sort
What would be the remedy to increase my signal status
A better receiver, an amplifier or some other apparatus
Being spiritual, I suspect none of the above will be useful
Being close to God would be very crucial
A 5/9 will come with fellowship with other hams
A 20-over will come with a prayer to the Great I Am.
Knowing when the propagation is just right
For me, it comes with the dawn of morning light
Good luck with your distant QSO with God Above

Until you see the toll taken by their life and what chemo has done
Once such a beautiful young lady with locks of flowing hair
Oh, how life has taken a toll. With much love, she had to share
A head without hair in no way hampers
The love she shares
The glow from the complexion of her face shows how much God cares

Being prepared and thinking ahead will repel his shocking currents
Whatever you do, remember God is protecting you
